Tracing paper sketches for my Studio Illustration 3 class is something with weasels as a group being called a sneak and gotta show them being sneaky... I don't really like I'm not really an animal person so I don't know animals that I don't really like. Thus when doing thumbnails in class all the weasels looked like teh stoopid versions of the weasels in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (best movie ever) and teacher man was like use these compositions and get some reference.So... volia I have. I need to work a bit more on number 1 but its hard since he said to work at a quarter size and there kinda small and close together that and I need to just draw some more weasles until the styleization comes out naturaly or I can do a half sized image of it and I'll have more room to work out the kinks.
Number 2 was a bit of an imprompt to thing... I was told after doing the thumb nails that weasels eat eggs of other animals. Stealing eggs that aren't yours... very sneaky so I did a fast doodle before class ended and was told to go abit farther with it and so here it is he's in a hollowed out tree trunk that you see in woods a lot just lying on the ground. No value so you can't really tell...
For number 3 I did have a friend in high skool who had a weasel as a pet I thought it was a ferret but yesterday she informed me that it was actually was a weasel. That and you know at toy store that have the "wobbling weasels" or whatever they're called that are attached to the balls yeah that's basicly theses guys trying to escape from their domestic fortress.
Yep still in the sketching working out phase so any critiques will be much apreciated! ^__^
